First, thank you for your membership. We appreciate your involvement in the association; it’s what makes us a strong organization to represent the industry.
Today, we are breaking out a new way to keep you informed and make it easier for you to stay involved.
Beginning with this letter, we will provide a quarterly update on NGFA business, member events, and issues affecting your business. Please feel free to contact us if you have questions or comments. You can always contact me at tkemp@ngfa.org, but for more information on specific issues, see ourstaff directory to find who can help you best.
I would also like to thank those who came out to our recent annual convention in San Antonio. It was a great event and, as always, wonderful to catch up with so many of you. If you didn’t see it, you might be interested in the NGFA Chairman’s address: “ Innovation in an Interconnected World.” It provides an excellent overview of the industry, our association and the current state of affairs.
Further, earlier this year, NGFA President Randy Gordon outlined the association’s top public policy priorities; take a look and see what we will focus on for you in the coming year.
The items below highlight just a few high-priority issues during the first few months of 2015 at NGFA. If you have questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
